Ocean-Recycled Circular Tech
Turning ocean waste into everyday products
Ocean waste can be the starting point for a good product.
Why we built this
Millions of tonnes of plastic flow into the ocean each year. Rather than just campaigning for reduction, we choose to pick ocean waste up and use it — recovering, cleaning and regenerating it into stable, production-ready material.
Through circular design, ocean waste re-enters the product life cycle as everyday goods that balance quality and the environment.
Features
Recover → clean → regenerate → product
A complete circular flow turning ocean plastic into production-grade regenerated material.
Stable and production-ready
Regenerated material meets the strength and quality needed for mass production — not a one-off concept.
Circular design thinking
From material choice to product design, everything is built around circularity and lower carbon.
In Depth

Recovering true waste and remaking it is where the value lies
The value of circular material comes from 'true waste.' Rather than taking ready-made recycled pellets, we pick up plastic waste scattered along coasts and in the ocean, then reprocess and remake it so it re-enters the product life cycle — that is the real meaning and value of circularity.

Ocean recycling is harder than it looks
Ocean recycling isn't just washing plastic. Recovered material is mixed with plenty of contaminants — sand, rope, shells and other materials — that must be filtered and sorted in stages. Trickier still, plastic soaked in seawater carries an odor that's hard to remove; only through dedicated processing and deodorizing can it become stable, clean, usable material.
- Multi-stage contaminant filtering and sorting
- Removal of odor from long seawater exposure
- Stable quality, production-ready

Ocean-recycled ≠ second-hand — re-pelletized with new resin, durable as new
Using ocean material is often mistaken for 'second-hand.' In fact, this ocean plastic is shredded, cleaned, then blended with new resin in set ratios and re-pelletized into brand-new plastic material. So products made from ocean-recycled material match new ones in strength, durability and feel — eco-friendly without compromise.
- Shred → clean → blend with new resin → re-pelletize
- Strength and durability equal to new material
- Eco-friendly without sacrificing quality or feel

Made into things you use daily — not display pieces
The real impact of ocean recycling comes from being used at scale. Rather than display pieces of limited use, we put ocean-recycled material into products people use every day — like the Konnecter Pro work keyboard (60% ocean-recycled plastic) and children's cameras — so every use continues the cycle and reduces new-plastic consumption.
- Konnecter Pro keyboard (60% ocean-recycled plastic)
- Children's cameras and other daily-use products
- Used at scale for real carbon impact
From beach clean-up collection, to processing and regeneration, to widely-used products, and back to recycling — a complete circle, our warmest promise to the planet.
